The rehabilitation of the former hardware store “Herradura”, the most important of Seville in the last century, was to convert the old program in a promotion of 8 homes and commercial premises.

He recovered the original structure of wooden beams being the organizing element of the project. Open spaces, clean and white, communications surfaces removed. It is topped with two duplex homes with large viewpoints on the roofs of the city.

The elevation is composed of a steel skirt, one flat and one with a natural wood modulation to distinguish one building from another. Intermediate frames were removed and topped with original cornices. All exterior finish was executed with stucco.
