The project includes the work necessary for the conditioning of the two offices and their redistribution and interior design for a single office. The place is situated in a building for housing and offices of five plants closed block typology. The place has a diamond shaped with the existence of vertical communication core of the building itself and a central courtyard. It has three facades, one to the street Almirante Lobo of 19 m, the peak overlooking the Paseo de las Delicias 12 m and the third also the Paseo de las Delicias of 19.50 m.
Functionally, it seeks a single unit throughout the project and that its image has its own identity. It is important to the location and on existing views from where you can see the Torre del Oro and Paseo Colon whole and sunset views of Triana.
