19 dwellings at Reina Mercedes (2015 phase)
These dwellings have been remodelled in a building which faces Reina Mercedes Avenue and Monzón Street. The owner has requested the remodelling of 19 dwellings with three and four bedrooms to be rented. The plumbing and electrical installations of each dwelling have been renovated and updated, as well as the metallic joinery and the white wooden doors are new. It has been used a dark butternut wooden flooring, rearranged every bathroom using grey basalt and redesigned every kitchens.
